Title: ROQ Next install- 4 techs are coming

I almost fell over backwards while speaking to our local ROQ distributer. They told me they come with 4 technicians for 4 days to install our ROQ Next 10/14. I`m very surprised about it as they told me the day before the ROQ presses are really easy to install. So why do they need 4 techs? And then 4 days. I`m really stunned.

Maybe they are training? While you need 2 people for part of the install they only sent one when we got ours and we helped when needed. 4 days seems excessive too. 1 Day for install, and 1 day for training should be all that needed. That's assuming you have everything uncrated and properly staged.

WHAATT? Our G3 16c took 1 guy 1 day with our help. We did hang the heads before he showed up though, that took a few hours.
