I have a customer looking to do glow in the dark puff.

My question is will the puff additive diminish the glow in the dark brightness?

I was going to order the glow in the dark from allure glow.

Any insight would be great.

We are having some issues with this. It’s supposed to be glow in the dark puff on a black tee. We are using the plastisol from allure glow. Even without much puff we are getting a full speckled glow. Not a solid looking glow.

Printing glow with small amount of puff through 110 screen and the under base is on 125.

Any suggestions?

puff base down first with a quick flash (before it can puff) and overprint the glow in the dark ink so it isn't mixed with the puff, but sitting on top. Just a guess really, but that's what I would try next.

FOR SURE.  Steve’s suggestion is the only way to achieve the results you are looking for.  You can do it other ways, but thesis going to give you the soldi coverage and highest glow impact. Even then, it will break up/swell apart some, but will have more impact sitting on top...not as much, if it were mixed in.

Or........white ub/ flash/top white/flash/glow puff would be another option. The ub screen alone is usually not opaque enough ie speckles
