So I'm looking to source these silicone heat transfers. Does anyone have information on where to find them or who makes them? We have a laser so I was hoping we could just source the material and make the transfers in-house.

Have you checked with heat transfer warehouse, they have a vinyl called brick by siser which stands up like that, also stahls has a vinyl call softfoam that also stands up don't know if it's as thick as the pic you posted

I think you can get High-density silicone transfers from Jesse at Matsui.

I order these through http://www.bestrims.com.hk/ (http://www.bestrims.com.hk/) but have higher minimums and longer lead times.
Make sure you pre-sample on the fabric you are wanting to use, or send them the fabric.
For short run the Siser Brick is good, we order it pre-cut through https://www.wellingtonhouse.com (https://www.wellingtonhouse.com) they cut it on a plotter.
Stahls / Transfer Express also has it and some other raised style transfers.
I'm not sure of anyone domestic that does real silicon transfers as they make metal moulds and inject them I think it's pretty labor intensive. If you find any other sources share them here.
Also another one I have sourced from is here https://kenteer.en.alibaba.com/product/1600233589580-805712325/Kenteer_custom_design_embossed_sticker_3d_silicone_thick_heat_transfer_label_logo_iron_on_T_shirt.html?spm=a2700.shop_plser.41413.15.63107bc4PDKodt (https://kenteer.en.alibaba.com/product/1600233589580-805712325/Kenteer_custom_design_embossed_sticker_3d_silicone_thick_heat_transfer_label_logo_iron_on_T_shirt.html?spm=a2700.shop_plser.41413.15.63107bc4PDKodt)
