I am down sizing and relocating my shop in January.
Go to get a Big Buddy dryer.
I would like to talk to someone about this piece of equipment.
If you have a minute please call me at 423-337-3439
Thank you!!!

We don't have a Big Buddy, but have a Little Buddy and it works.
We have used it for events and it can even plug into 110 which I doubt the Big Buddy can do.
If you are printing plastisol manually I am sure it would be fine.
If you are doing water base or discharge I'd probably look for something more robust otherwise you'll have to run it on turtle speed or run through multiple times.
We've had our little buddy for years, it's been moved many times, and it keeps working.
At the end of the day it is really just two flashes with some tinfoil wrapped around it and a belt with a motor, pretty simple without bells and whistles (gimmicks)

BBC is a respected name, and used throughout the industry for heat panel replacements.
Adding a basic conveyor to the mix, and what you see is what you get.
If it's big enough to handle your production level throughput, you should be fine.
You getting this new or used? Looks like the kind of unit that folks might part with as they step up to the next level.
You, Scobey, like me, are heading in the opposite direction.

after this year I think that a lot of us want to downsize...or at least simplify.

That is exactly what I am doing.
Selling the building that has been in the family for over 60 years.
Selling auto and big gas dryer.
Down sizing and moving home.
As for the BBC dryer what temp and belt speed do you set it at for plastisol inks on t-shirts?
