Its been quite a while since I have seen a request for this. We have a couple here however I do not find them to be very reflecty, just shimmer really. About 20 ys ago I used the 3M (3-part) H2o system and remember that a. It worked as designed and b. It was a pain to print. Any plastisol suggestions on (newer?) plastisols?

MagnaPrint Reflective Sb. Open mesh will give you the best result (40-60).

Thats waterbased but thank you

Union Flashback was my go to, unfortunately Avient has discontinued it. ICC Optilux is okay but requires a coupler which gives it about a 12 hour shelf life. A lot of waste if you use it on an automatic press. That left me with AllureGlow PS reflective. Use it without a catalyst on Cotton or 50/50 blend.

Avient is knocking out a view union colors and that sucks :(

Yes it does. I'm sure Richard Labov is rolling in his grave.

Our local rep was in dropping off swatch cards for the different lines. When saw one listed as Kelly Green, my reaction was, "That ain't Kelly Green"

i think allureglow makes a reflective plastisol.

They do. Customer settled for our IC brand which is OK atr best but works for them. Union sent me some Victory colors/whites to play with. Proboabl not for us but I can see how it could for others. Its the old maxopaque on steroids. No UBs on colored synthetics. So far the white will not bleed on anything...(it's a LC).

Wilflex Kelly has never been Kelly Green, it's closer to Forest. Their Dallas Green is a way better Kelly.

which white? we have the 1071 polywhite and have had good results

That appears to be it Duane going to start bringing it in gradually. The white is not named Victory but the 1071 formula may have changed. Probably works well with your high mesh UBs I would imagine
