What size orders do you all do to mix or order custom ink colors for, we normally just get as close as we can to the art with off the shelf inks, we've used custom match colors before but usually for really large orders

We strive to match the Pantones called out as close as possible, regardless of the size of the order.

We mix to match as close to the colors as possible. I do however charge a $25 mixing fee for small orders of 40 or less.

we will build any color, for any size order. we found it easier to up our prices to just include that service, rather than try and keep track of random stock inks, and figure out colors that were close enough.
We also do a ton of sim process, which requires alot of custom builds anyway.

We alway's try to get as close to any colour in the art, but stop at ordering qt's/gal's of custom inks for small orders which this is, guess I'll just pull out the old match book and mix a little up, yeah we've billed in our price for custom mix.
