Title: Manoukian Texilac PO Extra Bianco - is this toast?
Post by: OhNoPrinting on February 23, 2025, 06:39:45 PM
Hola,

i inherited a 5kg pot of Manoukian Texilac PO Extra Bianco ink.

Unfortunately I can“t find much information about it and it is just "different" - or toast? :-)

Its very hard, i can practically use it like dough and it doesnt stick.. but if i use a bit of water, it softens and feels more like ink.

so.. is this normal and i just need to mix it with water or should i toss it?

I used Manoukian back in the mid-90s. Very good waterbase inks. They are of higher viscosity, more like a paste. They should not be a thick dough, though.
