Does anyone have a good option for a 3rd party laser for M&R Autos?

I'm not sure / haven't need to do this but this place has a ton of laser parts are great prices:

I bought several parts from there to make my own 4 laser system before Lase-it and other companies existed.  No idea if an exact fit to replace the M&R one is there but I bet you could make it work.
