Dave, my old polished chrome artist friend. How have you been my old friend? If nobody knows here, Dave is an expert at the CHROME technique. You need something highly chromed and polished, he's the man. Also, he seems to be quite the expert on extra terrestrials activities. ;)

I talked to Sam this morning, he's busy. Welcome Dave, haven't seen you since Lance's boards shut down. For those unfamiliar with Dave, maybe he'll post some images. Great stuff.

Yeah, my first puter was 8 bit. Just never jumped for that apple horsesh*t.
It had 4 whole kilobytes of RAM on a 6809E processor, I did some jumper splicing, with some new modules and would up with a whole 16.
( top o' the world ma!)
I build my own, this dude ain't gettin' a dell.
Whatever, It's all good.
Cheers man.

The Elf makes me happy.
Computer history? In art school in the late 80's I learned old-school paste-up and mechanicals... by the time I got my first "art" job things were going digital. My first job was at a racket making Yellow Page ads on a Harris mainframe. 2nd shift, production quotas, chained to my oars, rowing to rhythm... The machines were slow and cumbersome. I was frustrated and I got bored quickly and as soon as I was able, I got a job where I could DRAW....... which turned out to be at a SCREEN PRINT SHOP! Desert Sportswear, 1989.
I did things mainly by hand and darkroom for various outfits in the Phoenix area until the late '90s-early '00s and finally got my first Mac... a brand-new G4. Now I rock a G5, a Cintiq and an Intel Mac book Pro for the road. Photoshop is my motor.
