If you do a search on Google you find it for about that price on a lot of sites. I am sure its the basic copy. I use the premier version. I think it for a for around $350. I upgrade it every 3 years

It seems heavy discount  for Mac. Yes, you can get discounts, big 'uns. We use QB Pro in a network enviornment and there is an issue with  server 11 that they haven't fixed yet, but are aware. They have a workaround .
Obviously we use the work around. We will be using year end as start figures this week. Have other company on Peachtree. I think QB is easier, but 20 years on Peachtree is a long time, however they both follow FASB GAAP and basic logic, so no big problems so far.
