Title: Need to see if someone can duplicate art work.

Unfortunately this is for a small order but since its for a member of the U.S. Coast Guard and told him I'd see how much it would take to create the art for screen printing. All offers are welcomed. Just the skull and anchors.

I use 24hourartwork.com its $13.00 and is in 24 hours
