Title: MS ONE DTG (aka ms printing solutions) MS ITALY

Hello,

This is my first post - I am hoping someone here can guide me in the direction of some H  E  L  P !  we have the MS ONE dtg by MS ITALY who has jumped ship here in US and Italy factory will not assist.

Our machine cartridges have cease to operate - I can find no one to help assist it figuring out the problem.  It is an Epson 4000/4800 base printer - also with ink   thanks so much!  Happy Easter!

Hi,  most here specialize in traditional screen printing but a % do have DTG's as well. I do think that someone to ask who would know how to problem solve that is Scott Fresener at T-biz.com or .net. Click on his banner ad here and it will take you to his site. Refresh your screen till it comes up. T-Biz


MK2 (member name here)  might know something about those as well.

The neoflex in Phila is a 4880 based (more current model) but they can send you in correct direction I am sure. Tech is open monday around 9:30 till later in day

I don't deal much with the epson based printers, but I would check with Resolute Inks, they sell a better ink option for the Epson printers.

You can also check with equipment zone, they do a lot with these printers as well.

I use Karl Steele at Steeletech. He is good with all Epson based printers.

What do you mean that they cease to operate? Do you mean that the the printer shows that the cart is empty or missing? Sorry, would like to know exactly whats wrong so that we can fix whats really wrong rather than do unnecessary tasks.

AS MK SAID, call harry at equipment zone. They really know their stuff and refurbish all brands. He will know the answers to all your questions.I have known him for 15 years and he is honest and fair
