has anyone printed a design that wraps over the shoulder and partially down the back, I'm meeting with a new customer tonite who wants a design going up left side front over the shouldr and down partial back, I know I'll have to do this in two set-ups and the alingment is going to be FUN

I think this will do what you are looking for. Even if you get one you can get some done.

That board is configured to wraqp a design around the side, rather than over the shoulder. I'm not so sure that it will help, but may at the least help him figure out the technique, and also. Action Eric may still have something to offer.

Pierre thats a neat design but as Frog said thats meant to go around the body I have to go over the shoulder. I'm thinking I can pull the shirt on the pallet so the shoulder seam is an inch or two into the print area and when I flip the shirt I can line the shirt up to the screen, these are going to be 3X to 5X shirts and I think this will actually help, it's going to be time consuming but the customer is willing to make it worth my time

HOW TO SCREEN PRINT -PRINT AROUND NECK AND ON SHOULDER- (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cgRkxSE4tr8#)

The idea of designing a wreath-like design to go around the neck is pretty cool, but is limited to that type of shape. However, with the correct design elements, a continuous design (much like done on yardage), could probably be mated with this technique. One needs a design that allows for easy, relatively seamless tiling.
The reoccurring problem I have found in my business is when "designers" come to you with their design and mock-up. They are often not prepared to return to square one and re-design from the ground up to make it screen-print friendly, unlike shops with in house designers and artists engineering these prints from the get-go.

clear emulsion and no tack , and one hit that looks pretty good???

dennis I've seen that one before it's about all that girl can muster to pull the squeege with the white ink and if you watch the close up of that print we know where some of the bad prints are coming from.
Frog I got lucky on the art either I'm going to develop it or send it out but either way I thought about where I want it to meet and the design has a spot in that will be perfect as long as I can get the side to side reg. right.
Croft I hadn't thought of clear emul. its going to be 4 to 5 colors so tack is must but i can still see through to position shirt before I press it firm.

Just an FYI I designed that for Action. Bought a whole set for an auto but not enough reg bus for them. Great for a sturdy base manual though.
