Title: Can I get by using a 124 mesh on gofl towels?
Post by: Mark @ Hurricane Printing on April 17, 2012, 09:39:11 AM
I will be using Union water based ink...I have been told to use a 86 to 100 mesh. But I have 2 23 x 31 frames that have a 124 mesh. My plan is to burn the screen with two identical images so I can print two golf towels at a time. I have 1,200 to do and this will cut my time in half.

Will 124 mesh get the job done?

Sure. I use 110-124 all the time.

YOU STILL HAVE TO LOAD 2 TOWELS NOT ONE. and you may have to doulble stroke due to image size running 2. I dont get how this will cut your time in half? 123 mesh will work just fine as long as its not too tight. a slightly looser screen is going to give you much better saturation with waterbase on towels.
