Title: Wish me some luck!

Saw a killer shop today. Small-ish but tons of power, (like up to 200A 3 phase in the sub panel) super clean, tons of natural light and is right on the street for signage.

Also has AC, heat, loft office, epoxy finished floors. Awesome. (my current shop is basically an easy-bake oven in the summer)

It's a sublet but the owner is super cool. Owns an adjoining machine shop that does crazy small stuff for high tech companies.


Hope to get in there within a month or two!
