Anyone near Milpitas, CA?
Just looking at some gear on Ebay that I would be checking out--if I was way less than a thousand miles away from it.
Platemaker with AL-53 lamp+PS and Teaneck quick draw system--$600. (Maybe less)

That's a steal, but I think that vacuum table is for platemaking, ie shallow draw. On the other hand, if you are handy, you could probably use some of the parts to build a suitable table for screens. It looks like it has the AL 985 sc integrator, which would be worth more than the BIN by a fair margin iirc. For some reason, they don't have a picture of that, but it matches the picture I have in my manual.

Yep, and the integrator looks like one of those integrated OEM deals--although the circuit board is probably standard, if you already had another, it'd be a handy back up.
edit: Just looked a little closer at the integrator section--doesn't look like the same layout as any of the Olix ones I've seen.
If you were handy, you could probably put a proper blanket in it if you didn't mind exposing glass up with a curtain. You'd have a heck of a flat file, too. :)
$600 isn't bad just for the LT-1 and AL-53, if they're in decent shape.

there's a picture of the 985 on this page http://www.offcontact.com/olix.html (http://www.offcontact.com/olix.html)

Sweet, now it looks like one I've seen. ;D That's it all right--for some reason I thought the 985 looked like the 975...
Just got an old 980 here.
