Yep you guessed it our friendly game of name that font. The font below is the same for field day and the smaller type, I will redraw if needed but I have to do this for three different schools same logo, would be so much easier with the font. TIA

Screen caption, clean up, upload........that's it :)

Already bought it, we buy fonts here and build into the print charge. I used to spend a ton of time chasing free fonts or comparables. but time is of essence these days and a font does not cost much spread out over 900 shirts.

I meant, that is how you find out which one it is :)
You upload a screen caption to that site and it gives you the name of the font and the link to the site where you can purchase.

Dennis, most here do know about WhatTheFont, and of course, it's even built into the text drop-down in CorelDRAW, but the necessary clean-up often gets in the way.
Inkman's is a great example.
Can you tell or show us how and what you did with this one?

That would be great to know. I have never had a font show up on what the font.
-
I didn't bother with what the font because of the low res and over lapping graphics, I use whatthefont a lot but only when I have a decent image.

OK.
I zoomed in the whole screen took a screen caption of the image (I'm on Mac, you have to use snipit tool on PC if you use one).
Opened file in Photoshop, selected white bursts and sampled the red color to fill in the bursts.
That's it.

Good stuff, thanks.

Wow didn't give whatthefont that much credit I guess. They must have improved over the years.

Not a fan of whatthefont, but for some odd reason I really like the app
Sometimes works better, at least easier than when I (rarely) try it from my desktop
.......sent from my iPad ;)
