Title: Replacement nozzles for Spot Guns - best deals?
Post by: Frog on July 02, 2012, 06:16:28 PM
Has anyone shopped these? For the cheap guns (A.N.C. and Babs) when I called ANC some time back, I think that the nozzle was around $30, more than 1/2 the price of a whole gun.
I believe also that the entire nozzle and extension assembly may be pretty universal.

Questions
No luck getting one from ANC?
Failed? The nozzle failed, or it failed to fit? What type gun and nozzle was it?

I remember seeing a price list, and don't remember them being too expensive.

be careful with your gun and when the nozzle finally quits, BUY A NEW GUN.  Those nozzles cost almost as much as a new gun, NOT worth it.

easier way around it....

Go to...

all the way at the bottom, it's the K-51.  They usually run a special with it for $99 or $129 with a gallon of acetone(I use it for paint stripping).  Acetone BTW is actually hard to light, it's not nearly as quick to ignite as you would think.  It still doesn't make a very good spot fluid.

The gun is the BEST gun ever.  The tips can't break.  The trigger went on it, so i slapped a new one in and it worked great.
