Post by: sportsshoppe on July 12, 2012, 05:11:09 PM
Just wondering if anyone has upgraded to the new draw? I watched a vid on it and saw some really cool add ons that could come in handy but would like to here from real time users. Thanks

I got it when I was able to convince Corel to let me upgrade my OEM 8.0 for 199.00......I have not used it much but it seems to have a lot of bells and whistles.....But having used Illustrator for 10+ years I doubt it will be my go to program...

I have a problem with Corel 6 not printing to my OKI colour laser, no one will look at it. Corel says it is Oki's Problem and Oki Corel

follow either fluid designs or corel draw on facebook and you can learn quite a bit from the tips.  I still use x4 but was looking at upgrading.

I upgraded to the new version two months, ago so far so good
notice a faster more robust performance vs. x4
even with the same old 32 bit system, however it is design to take advantage of the 64 bit machines
that said. the objects properties along with the color styles dockers are my favorite tools
in this version of the software,
Gabe

I upgrade every version since 10, I like it, it does not crash like 5 at least for me, I used color styles alot in past versions, and X6 really threw me a curve by changing that feature up allot.
