Anybody print on these? I was told you would run them through the dryer at 275 anyone know?

i found running them at 240 was better. otherwise you run the risk of them not only burning but shriveling up!

they are a pain for sure! good luck!

Low temp plastisol or regular plastisol with nylon additive gets the job done. Max out the temp in your oven without shriveling the bags and you should be good to go.

I just did 500 with a 2 color one side/1 color other side. We have the dryer running at 400 but very fast. I figured as long as the ink has a good gel there will be no problem. It is not like some will try to wash one.

What color were the bags? If they were dark & required flashing wouldn't that screw the bags up?

True. they were all light colors like white, yellow and pink.
I think that you would not have to flash these though. The material is so thin that the ink will sit on top no matter what. It can't penetrate in the material.
