So far we have only the 16" set that came with the press? I assume a shorter set for left breast and sleeve prints would be a good thing to invest in.
-
We have 12pcs. 16" floodbars and squeegees holders, but 4 of the holders have 6" squeegees in them. I'll be cutting two of the floodbars in half soon too, since full sized floodbars suck with little squeegees. We recently bought 4 winged floodbars so we have extra of the stock ones anyways.
-
Got 8 16in floodbars and 10 16in squeegees.
-
We have 10 16" floodbars, 10 16" squeegees, 4 18" floodbars and 4 18" squeegees.
-
15 squeegees and fb's, all 16". I guess you can get shorter ones for the left chest prints if you really want to, but it's totally unnecessary.
-
something in the range of 100.. range in size from 2" to 48"
-
everything is 16" for normal printing. Have one oversized set at 22".

Mostly 16". More importantly though, we have multiple sets per press so we don't have to waste time waiting while used ones are cleaned.
-
One set of 14", two of 16" and one of 20".
Alan mentioned using a shorter squeegee on left chest prints. Don't do it!
I tried it on my old American and you can never get the pressure even across the blade.
-
Not on your MHM... ;)
I use a short offset blade for polos, works great on the Gauntlet.
-
I only use a short blade on polos but only on ones that have big thick buttons that can wear a hole in the mesh or cause regi issues.
-
Not possible on MHM's.
You guys don't have issues with even pressure using an offset squeegee?
We use sleeve pallets on polo's, easy to load/align.
-
We have 2 sets. One on, one to wash or pre. One wing set floods, one regular set.
Bunch of squeegee rubber, but 70 is the standard.
Enough for now.
