Title: Brad from Maverick Graphic Supply.....
Post by: chubsetc on August 06, 2012, 03:07:56 PM: I ordered some film from Maverick Graphic a few weeks ago, got a call from Brad a few hours later thanking me for the order, that doesn't happen a lot so it left a good impression. I was using Fixxons film, and his film has been just as good with no issues. Got a call from him today that he was rolling through my area on a business trip so he stopped by for a while, he was as good of a guy in person as my initial impression was on the phone. A few of the suppliers I have dealt with recently have made me feel like just a number and the service hasn't been that great, so its nice to make a connection with one of the good guys. Thanks Brad!

Nothing wrong with that necessarily as long as that number is 1 ;D

Fixxons doesn't care, Brad cares. . .we should all take a lesson here and remember how important that follow up call is. . .nicely done Brad! Stop by next time you blow through here, I'll get you some REAL chicken wings.

It's nice to put a face with a name and get to know people, that's the fun part of the job. I wil definitely take "Homer" up on his offer of wings the next time I'm in Buffalo. Wings and pizza are my weaknesses, and that's why my six pack abs turned into a keg :)
