Title: Wilflex Super Flourescent Colors?
Post by: dirkdiggler on August 08, 2012, 08:44:57 PM
Anyone use them for WOW printing.  Its been my experience in the past if you didnt flash florescent colors, they lose there vibrancy when stuck to the bottom of another screen.  I used there SF Yellow today and it was amazing.  Like someone poured a highlighter on the shirt.  Almost hurt my eyes.  Thanks in advance for your help.

Hell no.  That stuff is like printing with half-expired caulk and not intended for WOW printing.  Flash it.

It is pretty cool though, mixed with special fluro pigments at the WFX factory, although some colors have way too much white in there for my liking.

was afraid someone would say that, how the hell are people printing those trendy shirts with 5 flo colors.  Like you see at beach locations or on girly shirts.

it does suck.

give me an example of the look you're going for.

We can WOW fluoros onto whites but we don't use the Super Fluoros for that we mix them with soft hand clear/regular base and the PC fluoro pigments.
