Never used one. I did look at a trade show a few years back. It looked awesome. But I have no real world experience.

TonyPep here. I had a 16/18 for 7 months. Largely due to owner negligence it is now an eight color. Service is tricky unless you are very mechanically inclined. Not a lot of techs around and expect to pay for travel and all that fun stuff. Not extremely helpful over the phone but they try. Awesome servo, quick and smooth.
