I tried to purchase a dip tank there and the total price is $209 shipped to me. For some reason it will not take my credit card. I called Nazdar and they tell me that there is a mistake on their website and they cannot honor their published price. What?

What did they tell you is the correct price (if the $190 is incorrect) or is it the shipping that was wrong?

I went to Gardner KS a few years ago to visit a supplier and it was a wonderful place.....I had part of a Sunday to kill so I drove out to Ottawa....

Peter is a good dude man. He will sort you out. I actually wish we got more stuff from them. Maybe if I can talk my wife into switching to Wilflex, ill be ordering more from them in the future.

Holy crap I finally signed up and used Nazdars online site order I wanted to take advantage of the promo discount and the site informed me I was the grand winner of a brand new Sportsman EX WOOO HOOOO!
Alright just kidding but I did get the discount I would suggest others take advantage! Maybe with more revenue they can revamp their website some its a horrible web site I dread using.

I sent Peter a note about four months ago regarding their website and usability issues with it. From what I recall he said they are working on a redesign. I agree, it can't come soon enough, their website is pretty frustrating.

They need to list items out in a more concise manner and list them all! As of right now it is painful to search for a specific item under one certain field, and you cant sort by brand at all. I am writing this so he knows what we are talking about.
When it comes to ink ugh that is impossible! It is very hard to tell which item or series you need to look under and then have to interact with the drop downs to find a specific color not cool. Things like ink need to be laid out better and more thoroughly listed as well as chemistry.

I totally prefer the 800#. Even though you never know who you're going to get we can go over everything together and find out which branch it's coming from etc. More thorough and quicker as well.

I actually won a Kindle Fire a few months back - I filled out one of their customer satisfaction surveys.
the more interesting part was when it was being shipped, the train derailed around Gary Indiana. UPS showed that it was discarded (they said box was damaged). It showed up a few days later...

Jamie: The software and programming methodology that the Nazdar SourceOne website is based on is late 1990’s technology, which is a long, long way from being state of the art. The current site is “Clunky,” making it hard to find what you are looking for, unless you know the specific item number and/or product description. The “almost” good news is that for the most part the back-end shopping cart works reasonably well in completing the purchase process once you find the item you are looking for.
With that said, it’s entirely unacceptable for an industry leader to not offer a best in class online experience to our customers. For this reason we are currently in the process of rebuilding the site based on the www.dotnetnuke.com (http://www.dotnetnuke.com) platform. We expect to be able to offer a greatly improved online experience in the short to mid-term. On another issue I’ll be in your town on Tuesday October 23rd for a meeting in the morning, and was wondering if you might be about that afternoon for me to stop by your shop for a visit?
