I am just getting into taking internet orders for my sublimation products. I am setting up my cheapo vista print web site with a cart and I need to figure out what to charge for shipping different products. Upon my first looksie it appears shipping is more than the product cost. So I think now is the time to ask for some assistance. How do it get an accurate cost structure set up?

What company will you be shipping with?
Remember that FedEx and UPS typically have a minimum amount they charge and you could also run into other fees that you might not expect, like address change fees, and residential address fees. I would consult with the shipping company and make sure that you undersatand all their fees and see if they can provide assistance with the setup of your site.
I am noticing that more and more people are moving to free ground shipping and building the shipping in to the cost of the items. Amazon has changed the way we do business online.

We provide free ground shipping on almost every order because it is much easier to do business that way. If you have a simple website I suggest doing the same.

Problem is that you get ranked according to piece price in a lot of searches.
So if you build shipping in then you aren't "the cheapest" even though you may be cheaper than others.
It's 6 of one, half a dozen of the other... a lot like screen/setup fees. People don't like them but at the same time a lot shop based on price of your per garment price.
