Had an issue yesterday, called the ATL tech Matt, in about an hour he is at my shop, tore the clevis plate assembly appart and fixed it lickedy split! Less than 2 hrs. from phone call to tech showing up and up and running again. Thats badass.

What did you do to break the machine? :) Matt was our tech for our dryer install. It was probably one of the easiest installs he's ever had to do since all he had to do was get the belt tracking right and hook up the gas and power to the dryer. We had managed to put the dryer together completely and properly somehow, but he did go over everything to make sure we did do it right.

Matt is a super cool guy we are actually friends so he is there when I need him. Always does a great job. I worked it to hard is what happened!

Why do so many like M&R? I haven't had a tech that didn't know his crap. I just saw there service department a few weeks ago when I toured the factory. They've taken service to a whole new level. I'm excited to see which tech gets to visit me on the next install.

I wish Matt had installed my diamondback :'(.

Not happy with one of our tech's install?

Yeah we had Augie from San Diego install our sportsman. Superfast, knew his crap, and an awesome guy.
Dan Goldberg their head technician is off the charts amazing! Always quick to get back to me, and always a huge help.
About once a month it crosses my mind that I need to figure out their addresses so I can send them call packs of oregon beer!
I actually sent Dan an email a few days ago asking if he can come up our way sometime soon.
We have some minor issues that have been plaguing us and we would really benefit from having his set of eyes in our shop looking at them.
Also Ron Hopkins! If you ever have exposure questions talk to that dude. He's amazing! So knowledgeable!
And let's not forget how hands-on Rich Hoffman is, taking time out of his busy schedule to participate on the boards and help us all out.
In the grand scheme of things I generally bother him with stupid crap and he's always quick to respond and happy to help. He is a great example for all of us of great company leadership and customer Service.
I must say, I have learned a lot from Rich regarding the way he does business and takes care of his customers.

They are unmatched! Period!

Ditto! So amped on my new press capabilities!

I have been saying that for years....M&R and their service is hands down the best in the world of any business. I am fortunate to have a complete M&R shop and I do not worry about downtime or breakdowns...and if that ever happens I know they are only a phone call away with expert techs and an owner that built it from the ground up...
I have said this before, but THANK YOU M&R for making my business even more successful....
keep it up big blue...

There's a reason why it's "M&R Sales and Service"
-
Don't forget to include Todd Petty and Rod Saksa as some of the best technicians out there. I got to know both of them quite well in 2008 when we had our Alpha 8 installed. Mike Sonera in the service department is awesome over the phone. I swear he has memorized every schematic for every machine. I was so blown away by M&R's service that I eventually phased out my Progressive machines and replaced everything with M&R Equipment.

Todd Petty did my install, completely painless and the man knew his stuff.

You guys should print up some trading cards for each one of them. On the back have stats on presses installed, quickest fixes, quickest response when your press stops working. You could really geek out over the techs then. At the trade shows they could host a tech trading card events. Have games using the trading cards, sell rare cards and even meet the techs themselves, well as long as they are not out fixing presses at the time. I kid, I kid....

That would be badass! I got Matt's rookie card!

Thats kinda funny but I like the maytag man, equipment runs so good you rarely have a need for a tech...Yep I,m Red Teamer, but M&R is good equipment and Rich makes it just that much better by being hands on.
