This is how I do it. Three colors double hit no flash no UB.

Tony,

Is it just the photo or the towel that makes it look really thick? It looks like plastisol on the towel.

I assumed that was the nature of the fibers of the towels being soaked with ink.  Towels are "thick" period.

i have never seen waterbase bridge like that on a towel. especially discharge.. interesting process you guys must be using..

It's a hybrid system of Vivitone and Rutland WB/PCs and CCI base. The print is uber smooth, you really can't feel it at all. It's not a cheapy towel (towel plus by Anvil) so there is a lot of plush terry. Guess the photo is deceiving. I hate plastisol on towels.
