I should have had the shirts at 10:30am it's now 2:00 the job has to be done at 6. called for the last few hours and they say it will be here by 3 now.... I am not happy and I don't think the customer is going to be happy either. Sunrise service my ass.

Who is the carrier?

I have my UPS driver's cell phone number... both home and office.
If I need it, I just give him a call and I can meet him wherever he is to get what I need.

one advantage of being a contract printer . . . we don't buy garments so delivery is on the customers! If it's late, it's their fault not ours.
good luck with getting it done. You should be able to knock out 500 pieces in 3 hours.

Yes it was ontrac they usually deliver here at 10:30 when they say they do for sunrise service. But it seems when ever I have a rush they wait until 3pm. This is the second time they have done this in about 2 months to me. I have a local company I get most of my shirts from but they didn't have enough for a few sizes.
They took 2 hours and 45 mins. They were antique red and orange gildans white front and back. 2 screens each side. Those colors are strange they only have them in the 5000 series. The color comes off on your hands. They are 90 cotton and 10 poly. My hand are red. There was no die migration except for on my hands.

I've had to to do this and scramble out and meet them to pull the order off the truck. I'll say that UPS has an impressive system where you can hunt this down over a 5 min phone call and work something out.
