Love it. Thats awesome. The first dumbass actually wraps the line several times around his hand. I guess we wants to lose it....lol Then fatman goes down and their buddy gets smacked in the head with a ladder step. Cool vid!

High energy fishing. I love it. Why the hell is there 6 inches of water in the boat?

the guy wrapping the line on has hand is a crew member and he is taking the slack out to keep it from getting cut by the bill of the fish and or anything thing on the boat, and that wasnt a ladder step that was the fighting chair seat back which can be removed so the angler can use more leverage when pulling back on the rod. It weights about 20lbs and getting smacked in the head with it would suck. There is another video of a guy getting stabbed in the mouth by a marlin bill but it didnt kill him. They use that bill to cut other fish to pieces an a side to side motion, its really sharp.

those boats can take a lot of water and it exits very quickly. the reason for so much is that the captain is trying to stay with the fish by backing up which causes swells to over flow the deck, its normal. I speak from experience, I worked on boats just like that as a young teen.
