Title: DTG HM-1 problem! Help!

I am new to the DTG process.  I recently bought a used DTG HM-1.  It works great, but the white ink chip goes out after just a couple of days.  This is driving me crazy and I do not know why it is doing this.  The other ink chips have no problem, in fact I have not even replaced them yet.  It is just the white ink chip I am having trouble with.  Any help in this matter or what I need to replace would be greatly appreciated.
