I just thought I'd post up in case anyone else has trouble sourcing Cad Cut letter remover (MethyleneChloride) since it's such nasty stuff. I did a bit of digging and shelf shopping and found this:

Make sure you get the Non-flammable stuff from Gunk in the green can. It works well and didn't stain the shirts at all.
....use proper ventilation...bla bla bla and all that stuff.

Good to know.
I also use spotting liquid.

Until the Acetone eats up the gun. Usually prone to happen. Not recommended unless it's an emergency.

ive eliminated Methylene Chloride from my shop. wont let it in the door. its too hazardous without proper engineering controls and requires documentation to make sure you arent exposed.

Yes, nasty stuff, we do it in the vent hood over the parts washer tank. We do our best to not need it, but sometimes it isn't even our work that needs removing but a customer supplied uniform that needs a number changed, or one that has half the letters coming off and the other half still stuck on.

Awesome, I am one of those people that had a hard time sourcing it.
