9 colors if I remember right all DC. Found it when cleaning out the memory in my camera.

That is well executed. What line screen was that? Seems flawless.
Print sequence Dark to light or light to darK?
What mesh?

65 line 355 mesh..........all the fleshtones and the browns first, black wb, hi white, and low mesh white which crushes the dots together to get the continuous tone. Pretty much nailed it first time. Had to tweak the dark brown and add 1.5% activator. She loved it. There was a high degree of luck on that one.

Do you just do a DC underbase and then print waterbased on top? or the colored inks are dye discharge?
Does it make a big difference or can you get good results doing DC UB with waterbased over print?
Awesome print by the way.

Awesome print! I really miss doing that kind of work all the time.

This is dyed (re: pigmented) discharged inks. This yields the absolute softest hand and minmal dot gain and edge definition. A DC base is not necessary. The shirt was not flashed at all. A DC base with plastisol overprint would be option B and good enough (and easier) for most but here we were going for the "wow" factor.
