i currently have some clients wanting to get some prints with glitter/metallic inks. i only have access to gold and silver that i know of!
who makes some of these, in different colors?

Many companies make reds, blues, greens, purples, etc such as Wilflex and QCM I believe. I used to make my own using dry flake from Meadowbrook Inventions. Used to do some wacky stuf like mix particle sizes and colors.

The Wilflex products can be tinted with their PC's. Can't remember the load but I recall %6 or so?

If your in a pinch you can mix any color plastisol into silver shimmer ink from union. It doesn't take much color to make the silver shimmer change color maybe 5%.

Careful this process can cause dulling as plastisols are not clear. So in order to tiny glitters I prefer to use process inks.

...expect to be using very coarse mesh counts for glitter, likely 40 or lower, thicker ink deposits will also require longer dwell times to achieve full cure.

Tony is right the thinner the ink the better results. I have done it with very little plastisol and then thin the crap out of it. Mix in as little as you can at first. It really does not take much.
