Hey everybody, new guy here my name is Jarrod. I'm from Ohio been screen printing for about 10 years. Never had an account at any forum before. Figured now is good as time as any to get started. Basically all I have printed is plastisol on about anything you can print on. But want to get into some discharge printing for that softer hand. Hoping to use plastisol as the pigment so I can keep cost down. Would like to hear any input as to your experiences using discharge. Thanks!

Hey Jarrod! Glad to see you signed up. There is a ton of great info on here. For those of you that were following and lending advice over my possible partnership deal over the past couple of weeks in the business section, Jarrod is the printer which I spoke so highly of. I should send you guys a consulting fee for introducing you to discharge printing over the past couple of weeks.

You've printed plastisol on non textile substrates?
-
Have not printed on non textile with plastisol. Maybe that was worded wrong. I'd say the toughest thing I printed on would be bath towels. Had a customer who was going on a large fishing excursion and wanted a 3 color on large thick bath towels. I tried to talk him out of it but that is what he wanted so I did it.
