First gas dryer?

First gas dryer?
Nah, I used to run a big shop with 3 of these until I opened my own shop.
-
well than we don't need to tell you that you will LOVE it. Also, Amanda has a special delivery for you. Well it;s not that special...just a roll of tape. Also, it is a pain to switch to cellophane tape, so if you do go that route, you can get a 3" desktop tape dispenser, makes life easy.

the dispenser is the whole reason I DONT want to switch, is it that much better?
-
I think so. It peels off like a dream...and it doesn't tear while you are pulling it off the roll.
I am not looking back

just the smell of new screen printing equipment gets me fired up. i love this business. I'm really happy for you, those are very nice dryers.
-
When are you going to let it out of its cage?
-
started uncrating it yesterday, but the install cant be done until Jan. 10th, so looks like I have to wait a few more weeks before I can fire her up!
-
We uncrated our Sprint and put the dryer together and had everything done except bolts tightened to spec and the belt on. We didn't have the gas line hooked up or power till the day the tech got there. It had to be one of the easiest installs that tech ever did. If you guys had a day or two that were slow I'd think about doing what we did.
-
Personally I don't think I could wait.

That was Matt that did yours I am pretty sure, he is coming here aswell. I can do it, but I am busy and dont have time right now. Unfortunately, I will have to wait. It will be uncrated and ready to go when he gets here.

You are gonna really like this dryer!
-
Much thanks to you Rich, without M&R we wouldnt even be in business right now!
-
I can say the same for our company. Honestly.
-
...Matt installed my Boomerang, really cool guy!! He even taught me how to adjust the canooter valve... ;) ;D

Best dryer in the industry in my opinion. I was lucky and got an in-depth tour of our dryer from a guy that seems to know a ton about them and I'm fairly certain that nobody else hase gone to the extreme that M&R has with the quality when it comes to the textile dryer. We spent several hours going over all the things that make the Sprint different and I was simply amazed at all that went into it. I thought it was just a box that moved hot air around but they've covered everything with the design and funtion of a conveyor dryer. I really like the fact that our shop isn't 15 degrees hotter inside now too, not to mention the $700 drop in electricity usage over the old texair.

Ran my first discharge job on it today! AWESOME!

Alan, who went through your sprint for you guys? the one we have is used, and i'd like to do some stuff to make sure it's running smoothly. There is for sure some stuff we can do ourselves, but i'd rather spend the money to make sure that we have it running in peak shape!

Rich Hoffman himself. Like I said, I was lucky.
