Title: Blackline D2 Ink Recirculation Sink
Post by: gvmco on December 12, 2012, 08:39:17 PM
I am expanding my shop and looking for input from anyone who currently uses this sink or something similar.  We currently clean ink from screens and squeegees with a spay bottle and scrub pad or brush.

If you use a setup like this, do you find it a valuable tool in your shop?
Does it save time or money?
What brand of biodegradable solvent do you use?
How long does it last?

I know this can depend on the number of screens processed daily.  Just looking for feedback and appreciate any help or advice.

Thanks
Ed

I use one like it, from Screen Klean, I would NEVER go without it!  Been using it for 14 years.

again, check your service agreement, those companies usually have in the contract that you are liable for the damage if THEY spill your chems..it's just not as good a deal as it seems
