This base screen was set up on a 225 s mesh, 305/34 mesh for all top colors. 6 colors total. I was able to run everything 1 pass super fast and the job ran 76 doz/hr. 200 shirts. We ran the job in under 20 min. pretty sweet.


Also, this was just put up on press with no adjustments to the registration. Setup was under 8 min.  Base was cut 20% with fashion soft for a super soft hand.
