If it makes you feel any better, I had no luck with mine yesterday either.

If you have the time, there is also a feature at WTF that puts it out to their forum type folks.

I tried WTF, was total fail. 

Customer doesn't know either, ugh.

did you only try their automatic stuff, or did you put it out to their font fans and gurus?

Oh, and Jason. Thanks. Fortunately for me, mine isn't critical.

...Brandt, Andy, et al.......try this forum, there are some real font geeks here, and I have had good luck getting fonts either identified, or a conclusion that there is no font and the text is a one-off...

Just as an FYI, I did this a couple of years back and did get a direct reply from one of their members with the right answer.
