Title: Anyone using a Geo Knight DK20?
Post by: ericheartsu on January 27, 2013, 01:06:49 PM
One came up for sale in town, and i'm wondering if anyone here uses one of these guys? I'm interested to know how well they work, and what i should be looking out for?

thanks!

Not much to go wrong. We have the swinger. The only thing you may want to check is the temp across the plate. As long as it's consistent and not rusted it should be good to go

I have several presses and my DK20 is my favourite....

I have the DK20. Good press. If is a few years old, the buzzer has probably gone out. Geo Knight should give you the updated parts at no charge. They did for me. You can also add an auto open feature to it. Use mine daily and love it.

I bought one used, and it solved all the issues I had heatpressing.  I just added an air version from Knight and I have to admit, it's the only one I now use unless I need 2 presses for a job.  If you can add the auto open feature that would be nice.
