I have to get names in some school initials. Can someone tell me how to do that in aics5?
Thanks,
Matt

Can you put a pix for us to look at??

The idea is something like this. But it will be a list of names. I just want to type the names in and have them filled the defined shape(letters) without me having to place each one and trying to fit it in.

I would think you will need to type out the big letters ABC and then insert each name to fill it and/or make the big letter.
Yes, this will be a pain in the butt.
Sorry.

You can do this easily with Illustrator or InDesign. Draw your object first, then click directly on the path with the text tool. The text will flow within the boundaries of the object. You might need to play with margins, spacing & kearning a bit.

Not sure if the same in AI but in Corel I use the FULL JUSTIFY a lot to get better results. No matter what it takes a lot of tweaking, nothing can do it perfectly for you.
