Great video.
So, what I take away from this in our situation, is that it may not hurt to hire a 250 lb guy to help clean screens, pull on the auto, fold and pack, and maybe deal with problem customers.  ;)

And some people ask why I don’t run a shop on top of everything else.

I don’t miss any of that, I am aiming for less stress not more.
