Hey any of you using ICC 937 RTU emulsion remover, I was using the 8470 D-solver and it work great!! within seconds emulsion was coming off the screens on it's own. This 937 don't seem to be as strong and I thinking it might have a shelf life, cuz it seems to be getting weaker by the month...I switch cuz the 8470 price just jumped out the roof for a 5 gal.

Its either an enzyme or salt base remover.
All salt based (the crystals you dissolve in water) has undegone a major price increase.
Reclaim is reclaim no matter the brand. Buy on price, not name.

John is right- sodium periodate is sodium periodate, whoever is selling it.
What varies is the concentration. I've found CCI's Gemzyne to be serious bang for the buck.

Right back at ya.. that stuff is amazing and for around 100 bucks it''l fill a 6 screen dip tank for 3-4 months.

We use now Sericol`s SeriStrip powder in our dip tank. Works like a charm.

Powder is powder so buy on price. In high volume reclaim shops you should consider liquid concentrates as you can dilute less and make stronger solutions. With the powder you can't make any stronger than 3oz per gallon of water, any more and it will drop out of suspension and float on the bottom of container.
I agree that Gemzyne from CCI is a great value for the money.
