Was it a casino? I have done casinos staff shirts that 50% of the shirts were over 3X.

Ask me about the Police Officer's marathon run thing.
I'll bet that no Bay Area police department can average as large as the Alameda Sherrifs!
btw, the Security guard you just sent my way is a 6X!

I happen to have a 6X hanging from my shop ceiling. Has Sanmar's information printed on it, but whatever....

you think that's bad, we just printed 1500 pieces.
smalls and mediums were 150 total.
411 xxl
140 3xl
50 4xl
10 5xl
there were more 3XL and larger than small and mediums combined.
2xl and up was 38% of the order!!!

Nascar?
it's for a manufacturer of some sort. I think they are having ppl wear these over their own clothing while at work (or I sure hope so!).
They can not possibly have that many big ppl working there!

Have you noticed more requests for these sizes,
Ive been printing since 91 and doing a 3XLG was a novelty, but now within last 6 years I've gone all the way up to 7X for shirts and a lot of big orders with equal qty's XL-3XL
seems crazy, especially when you know its going to a school or service company.

I think shirts are getting smaller (tighter fit) and ppl are getting bigger.
Somebody once told me that we are the only nation in the world where the food is hazardous to the health (as in the qty we consume). In many countries ppl are dying from lack of food and here we are dying from too much!
Couple of years back I took stock of what I eat and cut most of the crap out of my diet. 'have not felt this good in a long time . . .
