Yes, I use that site all the time.  In fact, I posted this font to there & didn't get an answer. :(

Not surprising.  It does a pretty good job.......most of the time.

When nothing came up, did you register to have one of their font experts try to identify?  If not, next time try that.  I did couple of years back and had someone email me later with the correct identification.
