Can you reactivate discharge? What does lowering the activator do to white. increase the color or???

Lowering the activator is not recommended as it will dull the white but you can try 4% and perhaps get acceptable results. If it is not too old we add fresh white to it and then re-activate. Working with a new ink that has a purpoted shelf of 18 months next week.
