We have an Epson 1430 and we use all black ink. Every time we order new ink I question if I can save money getting some refillable cartridges but I worry they won't work as well as the sealed ones. Does anyone use these and if so any problems?
Thanks,
Matt

Save e=ven more money and just run one black and the rest with cleaning solution.

I don't have a 1430, but am quite happy with refillables for my 1100 for Cobra.

Also, I am unsure if always the case, but they sent them full which makes refilling even easier because the first time is a little tricky.

We use the refillable cartridges in our 1430, all black. Printpayless.com is where we buy the bulk ink and refillable cartridges. I think we paid 25 for the cartridges and 8 for the bulk black ink so it's CHEAP.

Well I am going to save some money!! I love this place (the forum) !!

We use the continuous ink bulk set up from Cobra on our 1400. You can see the levels at a glance and go months now between refills as opposed to the refillable catrdriges that would need ink every other week.

Yep same here on my 1400 I wish I would have done it sooner. I found I can set it on the draft setting and still get good prints. It's 5 months old now and no issues
