While many struggle with this it's worth mentioning that Lancer makes a Low Cure additive that allows you to run the substrate at much lower temps and retention times. Absolutely works every time. We have the time and temp documented on the dryers for this. It as awesome a product as it is unknown by many. For polys, blends, nylons, rayons, etc.

We use it with LB Streetfighter and other Wilflex whites, Union Maxos, Triangle etc so far it doesn't seem to matter> Theyve been using it here for years

Mind sharing what the cure temp needed is?

We use the IC version on safety vests with the 3M stripes that pucker baaddddd.
Used it with a Wilflex PC mix, works great.
So great in fact, I'm kind of wondering what the tradeoff is. There has got to be one.

Remember its a combination of heat and retention time. Your results may/will vary
