Wow our distributer got new Otto Caps
They go by the rather short name of "Polyester Foam Front Flat Visor High Crown Golf Style Mesh Back Caps" on their website.

Interestingly, when the same cap has a piece of string between the crown and the bill, it was known as a golf cap.

40 some years ago they were called CAT hats.  Yellow foam mesh with the CAT patch sewn on the front. And only the most senior operators got them.
