Title: best way to print AA 50/50 tee?

We keep having TERRIBLE bleeding issues with these AA 50/50 tees. We are doing a ton of little jobs on black and red tees, and using a CCI base/white mixture for the base, doesn't seem to be helping. Any other suggestions on what we can do?

would it help if we used waterbased ink instead of plasitsol for the spot colors?

Would the silicone ink that has been raved about on the board recently be of any help?  Other than that, we've had great success with wilflex's underbase gray, but I'm guessing you're already aware of that option.
